I do accept exchanges and cancellations as long as the following conditions are met :
  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns because each item is made to order for those who purchase them...But please contact me if you have any problems with your order as I am always willing to work to make you happy!

Exchange Policy

To exchange jewelry, one must send the original order back and purchase the shipping costs of the new jewelry. Any shipping charges incurred through customs are the buyers responsibility and will need to be processed before any new jewelry is sent. Due to the nature of Ear Plug and Hemp jewelry, they are only replaceable. Replacement Policy

Contact me with a photo of damage if a replacement ring is needed within 30 days of delivery.The replacement of broken jewelry costs $5 CAD each + shipping & handling and is only available to those with proof of damage by picture. To make a request for a replacement piece, Click Here

Cancellation Requests
