Shipping Courier

All orders are shipped with Canada Post in a small padded bubble mailer envelope. Once the item reaches the destination country, the national courier service designated for that country takes over the shipment of packages. (example, shipments bound for USA will be shipped with Canada Post while in Canada, and USPS once the package clears customs and enters the United States)

Processing time

All made to order resin jewelry takes 1-2 weeks to create PRIOR to shipping once it has been purchased. Rushed orders are available for a decreased processing time of 5-7 business days. For more information click Here.

Canada: 10-17 business days
United States: 12-21 business days
Europe: 8-10 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-10 weeks
Asia Pacific: 12-14 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 8-10 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 12-14 weeks
 

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them as the postal couriers are responsible for the physical delivery of all items. Actual delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen. Couriers are unable to guarantee any time frames given.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Seras Beach is not responsible for delays due to customs or the postal couriers. 
   

COVID-19 Updates

All mail is currently open for shipping and sending. Due to the global pandemic, all couriers have suspended all delivery estimates and guarantees due to higher than normal volumes of parcel mail and social distance practices. This means that delays of 5-7 days can be expected for normal shipping estimates.
